History
Lincoln Realty was founded in the early 1970's by Robert Noe & Dan Barnett. In 1973 the company changed to Lincoln Realty & Auction Co.
Lincoln Realty was the first Real Estate Company in Lincoln County to join the Central KY Board of Realtors.
Lincoln Realty was purchased by Denise Pike of Stanford Ky. in July 2002 and in May of 2008 Lincoln Realty was purchased by The Irvin Group, a professional real estate & auction company based in Lancaster. With the merger of Lincoln Realty & The Irvin Group, Lincoln Realty now offers an expanded range of professional auction services to it's clients as well as the same great real estate service you have always known. Lincoln Realty has always been and still is one of the leading Real Estate Companies in Lincoln County.
